I wanted to express a concept that is contradictory- “uncomfortable comfortableness”. This is a situation that makes one wonder whether something was comfortable or uncomfortable. For the concept, I made many soft sculptures out of fabric and cotton and connected them to make a top. At the same time, I added some black thorns made with clay in the gaps of these soft sculptures. When a person wears this sculpture, they will feel “uncomfortable comfortableness.”
